niceform.ai has an MCP server. Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible agent and it can create and publish forms, read and summarize the responses, and export them as CSV. Everything runs through your niceform.ai account, and it is free.

Example: a team dinner

  1. You tell your agent: "Make a form to collect dinner preferences for Friday's team dinner."
  2. The agent calls create_form and returns a preview link.
  3. You approve it and the agent calls publish_form, then shares the link with the team.
  4. Teammates answer on the link. They do not need an account.
  5. Later you ask "who's coming and what do they want?" The agent calls summarize_responses, or export_responses_csv for a spreadsheet.

Connect

The server is hosted at https://www.niceform.ai/api/mcp. Authenticate with your API key in an Authorization: Bearer header. In Claude Code:

FAQ

Is the niceform.ai MCP server free?

Yes. API keys are free for every signed-up account. The free plan includes unlimited forms and 3,000 responses per month.

Do respondents need an account?

No. Respondents never need an account. Anyone with the form link can respond. Only the person whose agent creates the forms needs an API key.

Which MCP clients work with niceform.ai?

Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code can connect by URL. Claude Desktop, Windsurf, Codex, Gemini CLI and other clients that run local servers can use the niceform-mcp-server npm package.

Where is my data?

Forms and responses stay in your niceform.ai account. An agent can only access the forms owned by the account that issued its API key, and you can revoke the key at any time in Settings.
